Complaints
- At Bartra Healthcare we strive to provide a quality service to all of our residents and we require their input to ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
- A copy of our Complaints Policy is included in our Contract of Care which is given to each resident on admission. The Complaints Procedure is also readily available from the Director of Nursing in the nursing home.
- We welcome all comments, both positive & negative, regarding the services that we provide. If you are in any way dissatisfied with our service and would like to register a formal complaint, then it is advised that you access our Complaints Policy and follow our Complaints Procedure that is included within it, to ensure that we fully deal with the issue.
- It is our belief that if a resident, or a member of their family, wishes to make a complaint or register a concern they should find it easy to do so. Our policy is to welcome complaints and comments and we look upon them as an opportunity to learn, adapt, improve and to provide a better service to our residents.
